- DELAYS OR FAILURES IN TRANSMISSION OF DATA.
- COMPUTER VIRUSES.
GOVERNING LAW:
- These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country or province (as applicable).
- Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration, at the election of Sand Hills Casino.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS: WE MAY MODIFY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION. CHANGES SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON PUBLICATION ON THE SITE OR NOTIFICATION THROUGH OTHER MEANS SPECIFIED BY US.
TERMINATION:

- The costs of such proceedings will be borne by Sand Hills Casino unless the arbitrator finds that you have made frivolous claims.
ASSIGNMENT: THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL NOT BE ASSIGNED BY YOU WITHOUT OUR PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT, WHICH MAY BE GRANTED OR DENIED IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Sand Hills Casino and you regarding its Services.
- They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.
AMENDMENTS: WE MAY MODIFY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION. CHANGES SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON PUBLICATION ON THE SITE OR NOTIFICATION THROUGH OTHER MEANS SPECIFIED BY US.
BINDING EFFECT:
- These Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon you, your heirs, successors, assigns, and representatives.
- Any changes made to these Terms and Conditions may also be applied retroactively, provided that we have given reasonable notice of such change.
